Are you heading out to CVS on New Year's Eve but aren't sure if they're open?

New Year's Eve can be a wild time, and with so much going on, you may have found yourself out of something you may need. Maybe it's getting drinks for a party, cleaning supplies to finally get that fruit cake stain out from Christmas, or maybe you just ran out of food and need to hit up the frozen food section.

The drugstore chain has a lot of things and because many are open late, or are even 24 hours, they're an ideal spot to stop at if you didn't have a chance to get someplace else sooner. Especially on New Year's Eve, when so many other stores and restaurants close early. A lot of places observe adjusted hours on the holiday, so if you're running around and can't find a place that's open, CVS may be there for you.

There are many places that will be open on New Year's Eve, and CVS will luckily be one of them. So if you're nowhere near a Target or grocery store, and you need some last-second items, CVS can be a great last-second option. Heck, it could even be a good go-to, as it won't be nearly as crowded as other chains, nor will it take as long to get what you need and get out.

Is CVS open on New Year's Eve?

While many places, like Target, will be open pretty late (9 PM for most locations), CVS won't be having any issues with reduced hours. So if you're out at night past closing for many other stores, they will be keeping their normal hours of operation.

This means if you're near a 24-Hour CVS and you need something urgently, you'll be able to stop there to get it.
